Someone stole video games and liquor from a Bismarck home.Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said the woman who lives in the home in northeast Bismarck is in the military, and her 17-year-old son has been staying with grandparents. A neighbor noticed a sliding patio door was ajar and closed it. Later, the boy noticed a bedroom window broken.
